Apple introduced its next big flagship phone to the market, the much-awaited iPhone 13.
The new iPhone 13 houses the latest Apple A15 Bionic chipset based on the 5 nm architecture. This makes this new device ultra-fast. Hence, providing the user with reliably smooth performance and possibly the best lag-free gaming experience.
iPhone 13 packs 4 GB of RAM & gives three storage options to choose from. A 128 GB option, a 256 GB option & a 512 GB option. The downside is that all these options are non-expandable.
iPhone 13 will come with iOS 15 out of the box. This new handset comes with a 6.1 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display protected by a scratch-resistant ceramic shield. The phone offers 1170 x 2532 pixels with a Full HD+ resolution. The panel features rich colors with HDR10 & Dolby Vision support. One drawback is that the phone doesn’t come with a 3.5 mm jack and you need to use an Apple lightning adapter to plug in your device.
The phone houses a 3240 mAh battery with a fast-charging system paired with a wireless charging feature. However, the iPhone 13 doesn’t come with a charger in the box.
In terms of optics, the new iPhone 13 features an elaborate 12 MP main camera paired with a 12 Mp ultra-wide camera This allows the cameras to capture the professional-grade depth of field photos with rich details & accurate colors. In low-light situations, night-mode kicks in automatically with good dynamic range & balanced exposure. Hence, the users can capture stellar 4K reels using the main camera with miniature details in super HDR quality even in low light. In iPhone 13 Apple has introduced a cinematic mode feature on its main & selfie camera, giving it more points to top the charts.
If we talk about build quality, the new iPhone 13 doesn’t exactly bring something new to the table. It has the same shape & design as iPhone 12 except for the smaller notch at the top centre.
The most notable feature of this device is its two-way radio durability. The iPhone 13 offers IP68 radio water and dust resistance, with a waterproof rating of up to 30 minutes in 6 feet of water.
While it’s not a huge upgrade from iPhone 12, the iPhone 13 certainly comes with a lot of features. Apple’s
iOS is always optimized to deliver great performance and the cameras have always been a major selling point of the iPhones. If you have an older iPhone or are willing to switch to iOS from Android, the Apple iPhone 13 will be a great switch. We wouldn’t recommend switching your phone if you have an iPhone 12.
