Vivo launches a new low mid-range device from its Y-series. Vivo Y01 is powered by the Mediatek MT6765 Helio P35 chipset and a 2.35GHz Octa-core processor for better performance.

The smartphone has a 6.51-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. The PowerVR GE8320 GPU comes under the hood. It has a water drop notch with an 83% screen-to-body ratio.

Vivo Y01 price in Pakistan is around PKR 23,999. The phone is available in the market in Sapphire Blue and Elegant Black colors.

The newcomer features a single camera lens at the back alongside the LED flash. The primary sensor is 8 megapixels and can record videos in 1080p@30fps. The notch at the front holds the 5-megapixel selfie shooter.

Vivo Y01 carries a massive Li-Po 5000 mAh non-removable battery to provide backup to the phone. This battery will help the phone last all day while playing games and streaming movies.

The handset has two RAM options; the 2GB/3GB RAM accompanies the 32GB internal storage. The memory may seem a little low to some users; therefore, Vivo gives it a dedicated microSD card slot to expand the storage.
